Hi ya. My name is Keith Shepard. I’m a retail swing and position trader.

Most people know what a day trader is, but swing trading is “a style of trading that attempts to capture gains in a stock within one to seven days.” Swing trading differs from day trading in that there is the possibility of over night exposure (risk) when swing trading.

I also position trade in the pure sense running weekly charts over three mechanical systems. Position trading is “a style of trading where a trader holds a position for the long term (from months to years), but unlike an investor, they are willing to quickly part with the position when it turn against them.”
